This intake is the next step after your initial inquiry: it gives our team everything needed to confirm your table, plan load-in, and list your business, practice, or press outlet correctly on event materials. Bloom Day carries event insurance covering all vendors and partners, so you do not need your own certificate. The only permit we ask about is a Riverside County health permit, and only if you are offering small bites or tasting samples on site — we will walk you through it.
