Thank you for blooming with us.
On Sunday, October 18, 2026, women from across the Coachella Valley came together at The Pavilion at Sunrise Park for World Menopause Day: real talk from the stage, four zones to taste, try, make and share, and a room full of women who are done doing midlife alone.
You are not declining. You are blooming.
Bloom Day comes back in 2027. Join the list and you will hear the date, the venue and the RSVP before anyone else.

What continues after Bloom Day
Three ways to keep going, pick whichever fits, or none at all. Six weeks of coaching that starts where the day leaves off, a monthly circle that doesn’t end, or three days away in 2027.
Structured. Six weeks. Live coaching.
One afternoon can start something. Six weeks can change how you live: Shanae’s flagship cohort takes the four pillars in order, live, with eleven other women doing it at the same time as you. It has its own page with the whole picture on it.

The Bloom Moai
Ongoing. Monthly. A circle that doesn’t end.
If today felt like the first real breath you have had in a while, it does not have to end when you walk out of the Pavilion.
Inspired by the Okinawan tradition of the moai, a small group of people who commit to showing up for each other, for life.
- Monthly gatherings, rotating through Nourish, Restore, Strengthen, and Connect
- A shared meal every time
- Real referrals between women who actually know your work
- Real community, not a business-card exchange
For women entrepreneurs in the Coachella Valley ready for more than networking.

A getaway. Three days. Once a year.
The Bloom Retreat moved. That is the good news.
Three days of being completely cared for deserves more runway than this fall allowed. So the retreat moved to Spring 2027, and the founding list opened at Bloom Day. It is still open: add your name and your founding rate is locked.
Save my founding rateWhy this day exists
Most women going through menopause never get real support for it.
Not because they don’t want it, but because the system was never built for this conversation.
Bloom Day exists to close that gap, out loud, together, for free.
Figures from a Mayo Clinic study of nearly 5,000 women ages 45 to 60 (Mayo Clinic Proceedings, 2025) and Kling et al. (Mayo Clinic Proceedings, 2019).
- More than 3 in 4
- women surveyed in midlife reported menopause symptoms.
- 34%
- reported symptoms in the moderate to very severe range, the kind that reach your sleep, your mood, and your work.
- More than 80%
- of the women surveyed did not seek medical care for menopause symptoms.
- Only 7%
- of family medicine, internal medicine, and OB-GYN residents feel adequately prepared to manage menopause.
Blue Zones Week · Official programming
One full Blue Zones Sunday.
Blue Zones Week ran October 17 to 22, 2026 and celebrated connection, movement, eating wisely, and the right outlook, a direct mirror of the four pillars. Bloom Day was part of Blue Zones Week programming, with Blue Zones Project hosting a Personal Pledge signing station in the CONNECT zone, staffing a vendor table, and contributing to the welcome bags.
