Bloom Day ’26

Midlife Bloom Method™ · The flagship program

Enrollment open now · 12 seats

Your body is not broken. It is changing.

Stop fighting your body. Start working with it.

Women in perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause, plus women in their early forties who would rather get ahead of it. CEOs, nurses, teachers, mothers, entrepreneurs, first responders, city leaders. Women who want structure and other women, not another PDF they save and forget.

Enrollment is open now and closes October 26, 2026. Same program, same terms, whether you come to it from this page today or ask about it from the floor on October 18.

Twelve seats, and they are going. Enroll today rather than hoping one is still open on October 18.

This is the program the Midlife Bloom Method™ was built around: six weeks, live, twelve women, and the four pillars in the order that works.

Why this, why now

Everything changes at once. The support for it arrives in pieces.

Midlife women are navigating health, stress, work, identity and major life transitions all at once, and the educational support for it still arrives in pieces. The cohort puts the pieces in one place: the four pillars in order, six weeks of live coaching, and eleven other women moving through it at the same time as you.

The journey

Midlife Bloom Method™

Four pillars, a live cohort, a coach who knows your history, and a room full of women doing it at the same time as you. That is the whole program. There is nothing else to subscribe to and nothing else to pay for.

What it is built on

Ten years of coaching behind it

The four pillars are not a theory someone is trying out on you. They come out of functional nutrition science and close to ten years of coaching women through this exact transition, and they have been taught to cohorts of women before yours. What is limited is the room, not the program.

Same program, same terms, whether you come to it from this page today or ask about it from the floor on October 18.

Sound familiar?

None of this is you failing at something.

  • The 3 PM crash you have started scheduling around
  • Sleep that breaks at 3 AM whatever you do
  • The weight that stopped responding to what always worked
  • Words going missing mid-sentence
  • Rage or tears arriving out of proportion to the thing
  • Being told your labs are normal and to try relaxing

Six weeks from now, you will feel different.

The six weeks

Every week builds on the last.

Tuesdays, 6:00 PM Pacific · 60 to 90 minutes live, recordings in the private portal within 24 hours. Three to five hours a week, including the live session.

  1. 01

    Your Foundation

What is actually happening in perimenopause and menopause, why blood sugar stability is the first lever, and who else is in your twelve.

  2. 02

    Nourish

The MBM Plate Method, the five pillars of hormone-smart eating, how to eat out without starting over, and where supplements do and do not help.

  3. 03

    Strengthen and Move

Cortisol and your nervous system, progressive resistance training built for your body now, breathwork, and Cardio Fusion.

  4. 04

    Rest and Restore

Sleep architecture, why 3 AM keeps happening, and the Evening Wind-Down Protocol you will actually keep.

  5. 05

    Connect and Sustain

Cohort check-ins, an accountability partner, and habit anchoring, because isolation is what undoes lasting change.

  6. 06

    Your Blueprint

Your personal yearlong plan, graduation, and the community that carries on after week six ends.

Six weeks, not six evenings

What keeps the method running between the sessions.

The live hour is the part you show up for. These are the four things that hold the week together in between, and every one of them is included.

  1. 01

    The workbook, before week one

Your welcome packet and participant workbook arrive before the first session, so week one starts with the pages already in front of you instead of a link you have to go and find.

  2. 02

    A recording within a day

The live session is Tuesdays at 6:00 PM Pacific, and the recording is in the private portal within 24 hours. Missing one costs you the room, not the week.

  3. 03

Tools that outlast the six weeks

The meal plan, the protein and macro guide, the blood sugar tracker, the 30-Day Sleep Reboot, the strength programs and the audio library are yours from the day you get them, and they keep working in week fifty-two.

  4. 04

A group, and one other woman

The private group runs the whole way through, and week five pairs you with an accountability partner, because isolation is what undoes lasting change more reliably than anything else on this list.

The woman who built it

Shanae SmithISSA CPT · CFNC · CCWS · Founder & CEO, Midlife Bloom Method™

Shanae Smith went into surgical menopause at thirty-four and was handed no plan at all. No blueprint, no roadmap, and nobody to tell her what was happening to her body or what to do about it. She spent more than twenty years working it out on her own, through trial, error, certifications, and a lot of showing up for herself when it would have been easier not to. The Midlife Bloom Method is what came out of those years, and it is what she wishes someone had handed her on day one.

Twelve women. Not thirteen.

Oct 18, 2026 · CONNECT zone

The Midlife Bloom Method™ table, and the question you would rather ask a person.

The Midlife Bloom Method™ table inside the CONNECT zone is staffed all afternoon on October 18. Bring the thing you would rather not email: what the weeks actually ask of you, what the hours really are, whether six weeks fits the autumn you already have booked.

See everything in the CONNECT zone

Nothing here is a booth

TRY. You sit down, you ask the thing, and you leave knowing whether this is for you. Same rule as every other station on the floor.

The cohort is formally introduced from the floor on October 18, and the Midlife Bloom Method™ table inside the CONNECT zone is where you can ask everything about it in person. Enrollment is already open, though, and it closes October 26: twelve seats, the same program either way, and no reason to wait for the introduction.

The cohort is formally introduced from the floor on October 18, but enrollment does not wait for it. The twelve seats are being taken now, and they can be gone before the doors open.

Said plainly

This is the program the Midlife Bloom Method™ was built around: six weeks, live, twelve women, and the four pillars in the order that works.

  • This is education and coaching. It is not medical care, it is not a diagnosis, and it does not replace your clinician or anything they have prescribed you.
  • What the six weeks measure is your engagement with them: the sessions you came to, the weeks you kept, the pillar that got the most attention. None of that predicts what will happen to your health, and no part of it is a clinical finding.
  • Twelve seats is what the coaching needs rather than a countdown on a page. When they are taken, enrollment closes, whether or not it is October 26 yet.

Educational content and coaching, not medical care, and not a substitute for your clinician. The Midlife Bloom Method™ does not diagnose, treat, or predict individual health outcomes.

Questions

The two things women ask first.

What actually happens across the six weeks?

Tuesdays, 6:00 PM Pacific · 60 to 90 minutes live, recordings in the private portal within 24 hours. Week one is your foundation, then one pillar at a time (Nourish, then Strengthen and Move, then Rest and Restore, then Connect and Sustain), and week six is your own yearlong plan. Between the sessions you have the workbook, the tools you keep, the private group, and from week five an accountability partner. Three to five hours a week, including the live session. It is coaching and education, not medical care.

Can I enroll now, or do I wait until October 18?

Enrollment is open now and closes October 26, 2026. The cohort is formally introduced from the floor on October 18, but enrollment does not wait for it. The twelve seats are being taken now, and they can be gone before the doors open. Same program, same terms, whether you come to it from this page today or ask about it from the floor on October 18.

Anything else, ask it in the form below or email info@oasiswomenswellness.com.

One question left?

Ask it. Then take one of the twelve.

The cohort is formally introduced from the floor on October 18, but enrollment does not wait for it. The twelve seats are being taken now, and they can be gone before the doors open.

This form is the Bloom Day RSVP with the cohort box already ticked, so it claims one of the 350 spots in the room on October 18 and puts your questions in front of us. It is also how you take one of the twelve: send it, and we come back to you personally with everything you need to decide and settle your place before enrollment closes on October 26.
